Section 01

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "y999cc", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the y999cc online casino and sports betting platform accessible at y999cc.org, operated under international gaming licensing standards.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any registered user of the y999cc platform who has created an account and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

• "Real-Money Activity" — refers to any deposit, withdrawal, wager, bet, or financial transaction involving actual PKR funds on the y999cc platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or other non-deposit incentives credited to a player's account by y999cc.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process y999cc conducts using CNIC documentation before processing withdrawals.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee; the sole currency in which all financial transactions on y999cc are denominated.
• "PST" — Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5); the time zone used as the reference point for all time-sensitive rules, deadlines, and support hours on y999cc.

Section 02

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on y999cc, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. y999cc enforces a strict 21+ age policy on all real-money gambling activities. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and organisations may not register accounts on y999cc for the purposes of gambling.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your current residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.
4. You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on y999cc. Each player is entitled to one account only. Registering a second account while a first account is active, suspended, or self-excluded is a prohibited activity under Section 9 of these Terms.
5. You must be accessing y999cc from a jurisdiction in which your use of online casino and sports betting services is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of y999cc complies with applicable local laws and regulations.

y999cc reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee access to all platform features — certain games, payment methods, and promotions may be subject to additional eligibility requirements communicated separately.

Section 03

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your y999cc account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. y999cc strongly recommends enabling SMS-based 2FA and biometric login where your device supports these features.

You must notify y999cc's customer support team immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or if your account credentials have been compromised in any way. y999cc will temporarily suspend the account upon receiving such a notification while an investigation is conducted.

y999cc will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from y999cc that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members or friends. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally. y999cc cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Section 04

KYC Verification

y999cc is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process is designed to confirm your identity, verify your age, and ensure that your account and payment methods are legitimately yours.

Documents required for KYC verification include:

• Identity & Age Verification: A clear, legible photograph or scan of your valid Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC). Both sides of the CNIC must be provided.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and current residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Payment Method Verification: Confirmation that the JazzCash account, EasyPaisa wallet, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your own name. y999cc does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to payment methods registered in third-party names.

KYC documents must be submitted via the Account Verification section of your y999cc player dashboard. y999cc aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation during PST business hours. Incomplete submissions will result in delays. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed.

Section 05

Deposits

y999cc accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and MCB bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by y999cc, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your y999cc wallet in real time upon successful payment confirmation from the respective provider. Bank transfers are credited within standard Pakistani banking processing times, typically within the same business day for transfers initiated during PST banking hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 PST).

y999cc does not impose deposit fees. However, your payment provider may charge transaction fees or network charges on their end — y999cc has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment processing charges.

Deposits made to your y999cc account must be used for genuine gambling purposes. Depositing funds and immediately requesting a withdrawal without placing wagers — commonly referred to as "money cycling" — is a prohibited activity under Section 9 of these Terms and may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending AML review.

Section 06

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose accounts have successfully completed KYC verification as described in Section 4. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with y999cc's anti-money laundering obligations.

Processing times for approved withdrawals are as follows:

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Under 30 seconds for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, MCB: Within the same business day for withdrawal requests submitted before 15:00 PST on a weekday. Requests submitted after 15:00 PST or on weekends will be processed on the next available business day.

y999cc reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML checks on any withdrawal request before processing, which may extend the standard processing time. Players will be notified via email or live chat if their withdrawal is subject to additional review. y999cc aims to complete additional-review withdrawals within 5 business days.

Section 07

Bonuses & Promotions

y999cc offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms and Conditions as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms prevail.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on y999cc unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

1. Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
2. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which represents the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before a withdrawal can be requested. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is clearly stated on the individual offer page.
3. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and specific slot titles may contribute at a reduced percentage. The contribution rates for all game categories are listed on the bonus offer page.
4. Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.
5. y999cc reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will not be retroactively affected by mid-promotion term changes.
6. Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes only. Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers — through arbitrage, multi-accounting, or other prohibited strategies — will be disqualified from the promotion and may have their account permanently closed.

Section 08

Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games available on y999cc are provided by third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Habanero, and Evolution Gaming. Each game operates according to the rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages published by the respective game supplier. y999cc displays published RTP information for all slot titles in the game information panel.

For sports betting, including cricket markets covering the PSL, Pakistan internationals, and ICC tournaments, all bets are governed by the specific sports betting rules applicable to the relevant market type. These rules are accessible from the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other exceptional event, y999cc's sportsbook rules for the applicable market type will determine the settlement outcome.

y999cc reserves the right to void any bet or casino wager in the following circumstances:

• Where the bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error, and the player could reasonably have identified the error.
• Where the game round or bet was placed during a period of confirmed system downtime or maintenance.
• Where y999cc has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in bad faith or as part of a coordinated exploitation scheme.

In all cases where a bet or wager is voided, the original stake amount will be returned to the player's y999cc wallet. y999cc's decision on void bets and gaming disputes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

Section 09

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y999cc platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance pending investigation, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering a new account while an existing account is suspended or self-excluded.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with games on the platform.
• Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or in any game format where player interaction can influence outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, arbitrage strategies targeting promotional offers, or systematic exploitation of welcome bonuses.
• Using y999cc as a facility for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing y999cc on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or systematically extract data from any part of the y999cc platform.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the y999cc platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the y999cc platform without prior written consent from y999cc.

Game content, including slot titles, live dealer streams, and sportsbook data, is the intellectual property of the respective third-party suppliers and is subject to their own intellectual property terms. y999cc makes no representation regarding the intellectual property rights of third-party game content beyond confirming that all content featured on the platform is licensed for use.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y999cc's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or your use of the y999cc platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your y999cc account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

y999cc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if y999cc has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

y999cc does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, third-party provider outages, and events beyond y999cc's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. y999cc shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime beyond the return of any affected stakes.

Nothing in these Terms limits y999cc's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

y999cc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and via a prominent notice on the y999cc platform homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications to existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the y999cc platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact customer support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document reflect the currently applicable version of these Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Section 14

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under y999cc's international gaming licensing framework. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable regulatory dispute resolution bodies.

In the event of a dispute, you must first contact y999cc's customer support team via live chat and allow y999cc a reasonable opportunity — not less than 10 business days — to resolve the matter internally. y999cc's internal dispute resolution process is free of charge and available to all registered players at any time.

If you are not satisfied with y999cc's internal resolution, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated under y999cc's applicable gaming licence. Details of the applicable ADR body will be provided upon request from our support team.

y999cc's decision on matters of game outcome, bet settlement, and technical disputes is final, subject only to the ADR process described above. Players may not initiate legal proceedings against y999cc in relation to a dispute that has not first been through y999cc's internal resolution process.
